The Path to Purpose
My journey from healthcare to life coaching was a natural evolution. It allowed me to combine my clinical training with a deep passion for helping adults reclaim their lives.
I hold a Master’s degree in Family Nursing Practice and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. My clinical background in ICU and cardiovascular care provided me with a unique perspective on human resilience and the importance of intentional care.
However, I realized that my greatest impact came from the compassionate conversations I had with patients. This led me to focus on the personal development side of healthcare, where I could support you in creating a life that truly feels like yours.
Nature’s Inspiration

My approach is grounded in the belief that you are not a project that needs to be fixed. Instead, I offer a space for you to slow down, reflect, and explore your values with greater clarity and confidence.
By combining my clinical training with a warm, encouraging coaching style, I help you navigate transitions and build a sustainable sense of purpose and joy in your everyday life.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
You are not a project that needs to be fixed. Coaching is an opportunity to become more aware of yourself, clarify what matters, and make intentional choices about where you want to go next. Sometimes the most powerful change begins with simply giving yourself permission to pause and listen.
Joyful Living with Joy provides life coaching and personal-development services. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or mental-health treatment. Coaching does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, please seek appropriate professional or emergency care.
